Today, I’m thankful for my electricity. My heat. Grocery stores that are open and well-stocked. A city that knows how to deal with massive amounts of snow – quickly and efficiently. A husband who knows how to drive in snow, who is a good defensive driver, and who always wears his seatbelt.
And I’m thankful for sunshine.
Because there’s almost nothing more beautiful than sun shining on snow. Especially when you are warm and your tummy is full.
My heart goes out to those who are enduring too much snow and not enough power.
